Returns:

 

Thank you for your trust in Buy Rigid boxes and your eventual decision to purchase our products. We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the boxes to Our factory located at  2/567-C, opposite Thevar Silai, Bharathi Nagar, Reserve line, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu 626124

We can replace the boxes only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send it to Buy Rigid Boxes' main factory at the address listed above, within ten days of the purchase date. All returned boxes must be in new and unused condition, with all original exterior packaging cartons and labels attached.

 

We will not be responsible for any transit damages, and you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the boxes.

The following items cannot be exchanged:

 

• Custom designed boxes

 

• Custom printed boxes

 

• Used boxes

 

Complaints & Resolutions:

 

Complaints, if any, are managed by our Resolution Center. All complaints must be reported to Buy Rigid boxes in writing within five business days from the date of receipt of the Boxes at your end.

 

Buy rigid boxes will investigate and respond to the complaint, which may or may not result in a refund or credit depending on the investigation findings by the Quality Assurance department.

 

Refunds & Order Cancellations:

 

Generally, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Our ERP systems are connected with suppliers who immediately ship raw materials when orders are confirmed. We can offer a partial refund if the material ordered is a fast-moving item in rare cases.

 

As each job made is custom produced, refunds, if any, will need to be authorized by the board. Based on the complexity of the boxes, refunds or return of advances can be requested only for manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving the Boxes. A maximum of 50% refund is possible if the order is canceled within 7 days of confirmation and funds transfer. No cancellations of orders are possible after 7 days. If an advance was transferred for the order, it can be held as credit for the next order and a revised quote can be given after 7 days.

 

It is the sole discretion of Buy Rigid boxes for refunds. It will only be considered if you return the Boxes to us within 10 days from the date of receipt of boxes at your end.

Buy rigid boxes Shipping Policy

1. R.s 200 Flat shipping rate all over India.
2. All orders placed will be shipped within three business days.
3. Custom Print orders are shipped in 7-15 business days.
4. Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
5. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays.
6. Custom orders do not qualify for these shipping and delivery timelines.
7. Courier partners share delivery times; +2 day variations could occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
8. All shipping parcels are sent via Surface Made (Road)
